By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing through, or using Smart Compressors ("Smart Compressors", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Smart Compressors is developed and operated by Sakshi Modi.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Smart Compressors.

These Terms apply to users of both free and premium features of the App.

Smart Compressors is an application designed to help users compress, process, preview, manage, save, and export supported digital files and media.

Depending on the version of the App and available functionality, supported content may include:

• PDF documents
• Images, including supported JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF, WebP, and related formats
• Video files
• Audio files

Smart Compressors may provide compression based on percentage, target file size, quality, resolution, bitrate, or other supported settings.

Certain Smart Compressors functionality may require you to create or access an account.

Supported authentication methods may include:

• Sign in with Apple
• Google Sign-In
• Email and password authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication credentials.

You are also responsible for activity occurring through your account.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Files and content that you process using Smart Compressors remain your responsibility.

You retain your rights in your files and content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary ownership, licenses, permissions, or other rights required to process, modify, compress, save, share, or export any file using Smart Compressors.

Compression results depend on the characteristics of the original file and the options selected by the user.

Results may vary depending on factors including:

• Original file size
• File format
• Image or video resolution
• Audio or video bitrate
• Codec
• File duration
• File contents and complexity
• Selected compression settings
• Device capabilities

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files.

We recommend keeping an original copy before compressing, modifying, replacing, deleting, or exporting important files.

Compression may result in changes to quality, resolution, bitrate, metadata, compatibility, formatting, or file size.

You agree to use Smart Compressors only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Process or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights
• Process content that you do not have the legal right to use
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Smart Compressors systems or services
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the App
• Circumvent subscription, entitlement, usage, or security mechanisms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by applicable law
• Use Smart Compressors for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes

Smart Compressors may provide free functionality, free credits, trial usage, promotional benefits, or other limited access to features.

Free functionality may be subject to:

• Usage limits
• Export limits
• Compression limits
• File size limits
• Feature restrictions
• Credit availability

Unless expressly stated otherwise, free credits and promotional benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Free features and limits may change as Smart Compressors evolves.

Smart Compressors may provide optional premium functionality through paid subscriptions or other purchases.

Premium functionality may include increased limits, additional compression functionality, advanced tools, or other benefits displayed within the App.

The specific features included with premium access may evolve over time.

Smart Compressors may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.

Available subscription durations, prices, introductory offers, trials, and included benefits will be displayed within Smart Compressors before purchase.

Subscription pricing may vary depending on your country, region, currency, taxes, and App Store pricing.

Payment is charged through your Apple account according to the information presented by Apple during purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription management requirements.

Apple may charge your account for renewal according to the subscription terms displayed by the App Store.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your Apple account.

You may manage or cancel an App Store subscription through the subscription settings associated with your Apple account.

After cancellation, premium access may remain available until the end of the applicable paid subscription period, subject to Apple's terms.

Purchases made through the iOS version of Smart Compressors are processed by Apple.

Payment processing, billing, subscription management, cancellation, and refund eligibility for App Store transactions are subject to Apple's applicable terms, policies, and procedures.

Smart Compressors does not directly process or store your complete payment card information for App Store purchases.

Where applicable, Smart Compressors may allow eligible purchases or subscription entitlements to be restored.

Restoration depends on Apple's purchase records, your Apple account, the applicable product, and current entitlement status.

Smart Compressors, including its software, application design, interface, branding, graphics, text, features, and original application materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use Smart Compressors under these Terms, no ownership rights in Smart Compressors are transferred to you.

Third-party names, trademarks, technologies, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Smart Compressors grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purposes.

This license does not grant permission to sell, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit Smart Compressors except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Smart Compressors may rely on or interact with third-party services, including services provided by Apple, Google, Firebase, and other technology providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, conditions, policies, and privacy practices.

Availability or functionality of third-party services may change independently of Smart Compressors.

Your privacy is important to us.

Information collection, processing, storage, and related privacy practices are described in the Smart Compressors Privacy Policy.

Smart Compressors may receive updates that add, modify, improve, replace, or remove functionality.

Certain functionality may require a current version of Smart Compressors or a supported operating system.

Older versions may eventually stop receiving updates or support.

We aim to provide reliable Smart Compressors functionality, but we do not guarantee that the App or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Availability may be affected by maintenance, software updates, operating system changes, device limitations, third-party services, network conditions, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Smart Compressors is designed to provide compression and file-processing functionality, but results may vary.

We do not guarantee:

• An exact resulting file size for every file
• An exact compression percentage for every file
• Identical image, video, or audio quality after compression
• Compatibility with every third-party application, device, platform, or service
• Successful processing of every possible file

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Compressors is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every file or device, or suitable for every specific purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections, or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sakshi Modi and Smart Compressors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or relating to your use of Smart Compressors.

This may include loss of data, files, profits, business opportunities, or other intangible losses, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Smart Compressors or certain functionality where reasonably necessary to address:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Security threats
• Violations of these Terms
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Where appropriate and required by applicable law, reasonable notice may be provided.

If Smart Compressors provides user accounts, you may request deletion of your account and associated information through available in-app functionality or by contacting us.

Smart Compressors may be modified, updated, expanded, restricted, suspended, or discontinued over time.

We may also update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, subscriptions, functionality, third-party services, business practices, or legal requirements.

When these Terms are updated, the effective date displayed at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of Smart Compressors after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those updated Terms where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights or other legal rights that may apply to you based on your country or region.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Smart Compressors Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented in connection with particular functionality, subscriptions, purchases, or promotions, constitute the terms governing your use of Smart Compressors, subject to applicable law and applicable App Store terms.
